You can access your PRTG instance via multiple user interfaces.

PRTG web interface

The PRTG web interface is the default user interface to configure devices and sensors, review monitoring results, and complete administrative tasks. You have access to the full feature set of PRTG.

The PRTG web interface has two looks you can choose between: classic and new.

PRTG MultiBoard

PRTG MultiBoard is a cross-platform desktop application that you can use as an alternative interface for fast access to data and monitoring management.

PRTG MultiBoard is mainly designed to review and manage PRTG installations that are already set up. If you have just started with monitoring, we recommend that you set up your instance in the PRTG web interface first.

Additional notes

PRTG MultiBoard is available for Paessler PRTG Enterprise Monitor users. PRTG Network Monitor users can use the Paessler PRTG app for desktop.
PRTG MultiBoard is available on Windows, macOS, and Linux.
You can connect to one or more independent PRTG web interface or PRTG Hosted Monitor instances and manage objects across all instances.
Your PRTG core server or PRTG Hosted Monitor instance must run as of PRTG 17.4.35.
PRTG MultiBoard natively includes most PRTG features. For a few options, the application opens the PRTG web interface in an external browser window, for example, for system setup or probe installation.

PRTG Apps for Mobile Network Monitoring

You can use the free PRTG for iOS and PRTG for Android mobile applications to monitor your network while on the go.

The basic requirements to use these free PRTG apps are a running PRTG core server that is accessible from the network your device is connected to (either directly or via a VPN connection) and a recent operating system version on your mobile device.

PRTG for iOS

You can use the iOS app if you have a PRTG instance that runs as of PRTG 13.
The current PRTG app version requires as of iOS 15.6.
The push notifications feature requires as of PRTG 15.4.20 and PRTG for iOS 14.3.6.

PRTG for Android

You can use the Android app if you have a PRTG instance that runs as of PRTG 14.
The current PRTG app version requires as of Android 6.0.
The push notifications feature requires as of PRTG 15.4.20 and PRTG for Android 14.3.2.
